Durham Recruiting offers a referral program to reward YOU - the connectors - in Durham Region. There are two ways to be a part of the referral program. You can either:
- Forward one of our job listings to a friend or family member by sending them the URL link. When they submit their resume and application, they must indicate who referred them by supplying the referral's name and email address.
OR
2. You can submit a resume on behalf of one of your friends or family members for one of our job listings.

How do you receive your reward?
If the person you recommend to us passes the 3-month probationary period with their new employer, you will receive a $100 gift card to the location of your choosing.
