We're Diane and Dustin Kellow.  We each had a very successful career working for large corporations.  And while we were passionate about the work we were doing, we always had the dream of being business owners.

Over the years, we bounced around different ideas, but none of the possibilities had that "yes!" feeling.  It wasn't until Diane started working in the recruitment area that we had our "AHA" moment.

We realized just how underserved Durham Region was and in the spring of 2017, we opened our doors with the intention of disrupting the industry with a new and fresh approach, one that focuses on our clients' ROI.

With our core values firmly in mind, we developed The Kellow Approach to provide outstanding service to employers and job seekers alike.
